A great opening for a top-notch Business Development Manager has come up on the south side of Brisbane! Our client has a sizeable rent roll and is keen to grow it to 2000+ properties.

Celebrating the start of 2018 with a move to stunning new premises, the foyer, coffee bar, games and lounge area looks more like a media company’s entrance, and then there’s the gym and spectacular meeting rooms, making the staff feel right at home.

With this move, our client plans to set up a Business Development Dept for further growth. So now to find the right person who has the business development and property management experience along with the drive and vision to help commence a separate department. The area is already set aside for the BD dept.

Think about the opportunities you could have in this new environment. You will coordinate the setup and introduction of skilled people to ensure a steady stream of new property managements are brought into the office.

There is a solid property management team with a lot of professionalism. So as their Business Development Manager, you know that each new property management you bring in will be well cared for by the property management team.

You will possess the following attributes for this role:

  • Ability to lead and inspire your own team
  • Proven experience in bringing in new rental managements
  • Resourceful in methods of prospecting – not only via sales leads
  • High success rate in converting rental appraisals into management
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Effective at communicating with team, owners and tenants
  • Goal setter and driven to reach and exceed targets
  • Innovative marketing skills

You will, of course, have a current QLD real estate certificate and driver’s licence.

Our client is offering a competitive base salary plus generous letting fees and a revenue bonus on top of it all.
