Our client is opening a brand new real estate office and is looking for a receptionist with some experience and a current real estate certificate.

This position could lead to a property management or sales support role if that is the direction you want for your career. They are a happy and friendly team and the owners are professional people who care for their staff’s needs.

Apart from being the welcoming voice for incoming calls and welcoming face for people calling into the office, you will be involved in the administrative duties for the property management and sales departments.

The reason for having the real estate certificate is so that in busy times you can go out of the office and do a property inspection.

You will bring the following to this receptionist position:

  • A minimum of 6 months in a similar position
  • A warm, friendly personality
  • A professional attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate and quickly adapt and learn new systems
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Current QLD Real Estate certificate

The new office will be opening early August in inner southside Brisbane so this will be a fun time to get settled in with everyone else as the office will be new for everyone. It will also allow time for you to hand in your resignation with your current office.
